This installation uses small pieces of safety glass that slide over a glass plate that is illuminated from below, causing the glass elements to sparkle. The glass plate can be made to vibrate by the viewer, causing the pieces of glass to fall onto a piezoelectric element and produce sound based on the sound of glaciers melting.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This installation invites visitors of all ages to experience the impact of glacier melt in an interactive and sensory way. Through the interplay of sound, movement, reflection and lighting, visitors are engaged in the urgency of climate change and encouraged to take action to protect our planet.
