A meditative workshop on listening, space, silence, and the voice

“Listening” means something different from “hearing.” Listening is something that can be learned and depends not only on our ears, but also on our presence in the moment. Listening is a movement that is inseparable from the organization of the entire body; we listen through our skeleton, our fluids, our skin… and we listen based on what we have experienced since birth.

This workshop explores variations in our listening through playful experiences, in order to discover the unconscious processes that shape our relationship with the world.
